Copper Anchor Oil Lamp

Authentic replica of the lantern used by sailing ships for centuries. When at anchor, the crew would hang a white light near the bow as a standard signal that the ship was not moving. Heavy-gauge copper sheet, molded name plaques, cast handle and slots. Hand-blown Fresnel-type glass. 1/2" wick. Imported. 6" W x 7 1/2" L x 11 3/4" H.
