We currently ship to the 50 United States only. Boats ship to the "lower 48" only in standard conditions. Any special shipping needs can be quoted separately. All non-boat orders shipped to a single address are charged an order level shipping rate ranging from $10.95 to $20.95 and are shipped FedEx ground. Single orders with multiple shipping addresses are charged an order level shipping rate ranging from $10.95 to $20.95 per ship to address. Boats ship to the continental United States only and are subject to a $595.00 flat rate delivery charge in addition to the order level shipping for standard shipping.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. Orders of in stock items will ship the next business day. We send all domestic packages via standard FedEx ground. Overnight and 2nd day delivery is available with rates quoted during the check out process and are based on business days for shipping. For example: A Next Day package shipped on Friday would arrive on Monday. All deliveries are subject to delivery times outlined by FedEx. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Expedited orders with all items in stock placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Expedited orders that are placed after 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. If your order contains one or more backordered items, items available will ship immediately and the remainder of your items will ship together when they have all become available and be shipped via the Standard shipping option. We strive for the finest quality goods and service. Your happiness is essential to ours. Items purchased online, from our catalogue, or retail store may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. During the holiday season, we will accept returns purchased from November 1 through December 31st if received by January 31. Please complete and return the form received in your shipment with any goods you would like to return or exchange. You may ship items back via the carrier of your choice at your own expense. Alternately, you can email email@example.com or call our Customer Care Team at 888-436-1031 and obtain a prepaid return label for a $9.00 charge. If you opt to use the prepaid return label we will deduct $9.00 from the amount refunded.
Items shipped with additional delivery surcharges must be returned unassembled and in their original packaging. Reconditioning fees may be charged if the item is not returned in original condition.
