We currently ship to the 50 United States only. Boats ship to the "lower 48" only in standard conditions. Any special shipping needs can be quoted separately. All non-boat orders shipped to a single address are charged a flat rate of $7.50 and are shipped UPS ground. Single orders with multiple shipping addresses are charged a flat rate of $7.50 per ship to address. Boats ship to the continental United States only and are subject to a $495.00 flat rate delivery charge for standard shipping.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. Orders of in stock items placed before 1:30pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:30pm PST Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1:30pm PST on Friday are processed the next business day. We send all domestic packages via standard UPS ground. Overnight, 2nd day and 3day delivery is available with rates quoted during the check out process and are based on business days for shipping. For example: A Next Day package shipped on Friday would arrive on Monday. All deliveries are subject to delivery times outlined by UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We strive for the finest quality goods and service. Your happiness is essential to ours. Items purchased online, from our catalogue, or retail store may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. During the holiday season, we will accept returns purchased from November 1 through December 31st if received by January 31. Please complete and return the form received in your shipment with any goods you would like to return or exchange. A prepaid Return Label ($7.50 charge) is included in your shipment to simplify the return process. If you opt to use the prepaid shipping label we will deduct $7.50 from the amount refunded. Conversely, you may also ship items back via the carrier of your choice at your own expense. Please allow up to one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. For fastest service call our customer service team 7 days per week between 9 am and 6 pm PST (855-872-0868) to request an Exchange. We will place your new order, charge your credit card, and we will waive regular shipping charges on your new item(s). Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item(s). If you choose to use the UPS Return Label included with your order, we will simply deduct a $7.50 return shipping fee from your refund.
